This two days training program is focused on preparing Port Operations and Port Marketing teams to deliver world class performance in all areas of Port Operations. Achieving measurable excellence in Port Operations is the key to acquire Customer Delight and thereby reach the objective of sustained viability of port business. In case of all the Ports throughout the world, Port infrastructure is created and Equipments are installed at a substantial investment.
